Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Vectrik manufacturing execution platform. By accessing or using Vectrik, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

Vectrik provides a cloud-based manufacturing execution system (MES) for additive manufacturing operations. The platform includes production scheduling, shop floor execution tracking, quality management, and analytics capabilities as described on our Features page.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each user account is for a single individual and may not be shared.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all production data, part definitions, work orders, and other content you enter into Vectrik. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data at any time.

Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for all paid plans, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and are excluded from SLA calculations. Credits are issued for SLA breaches upon request.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vectrik only for lawful manufacturing management purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it to store data unrelated to your manufacturing operations.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We provide 30 days notice before any price changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectrik's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Vectrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Intellectual Property

Vectrik and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, documentation, and trademarks. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription term. You retain full ownership of all data, content, and production information you enter into Vectrik.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
