How long is the free trial?
14 days with full access to all features in your selected plan. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or export your data.
What counts as a "machine"?
Any production asset that appears on your Gantt schedule — SLS printers, CNC mills, depowder stations, wire EDM machines, finishing stations, etc. QC and inspection stations do not count toward the limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly pricing. Contact us for a custom quote on the Enterprise tier.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Your production data is isolated per tenant — no other customer can access it. Enterprise plans offer ITAR-compliant hosting and on-premise deployment.

Can I import existing data?
