Our Mission
Additive manufacturing is transforming how products are made — but the software running most shops hasn't kept up. Spreadsheets, whiteboards, and generic ERP systems weren't designed for the realities of SLS print scheduling, multi-stage production tracking, or build plate optimization.
Vectrik was founded by manufacturing engineers who lived these problems every day. We're building the MES platform we always wished existed: one that understands changeover timing, operator shift windows, and the unique flow of additive production from powder to shipped part.
Our goal is simple — give every additive manufacturer the intelligence tools to schedule smarter, execute faster, and deliver on time, every time.
Our Story
Vectrik was born on the shop floor. Our founders spent years running SLS metal printing operations — scheduling builds on whiteboards, tracking changeovers in spreadsheets, and scrambling to answer auditors with binders full of paper records. They evaluated every MES on the market and found the same problem everywhere: software built for traditional subtractive manufacturing, awkwardly retrofitted for additive.
None of those systems understood that SLS builds run overnight unattended. None could model cooldown chamber capacity or predict when a changeover would land outside an operator's shift. None handled the reality that a single build plate carries parts from multiple work orders at different stack heights.
So they built Vectrik — the MES platform they always wished existed. Designed from the ground up for additive manufacturing, it bridges the gap between traditional production management and the unique demands of metal 3D printing. Every feature reflects real production experience, not theoretical workflows.
