At Vectrik, we take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our manufacturing execution platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, company), production data you enter into the platform (work orders, parts, schedules), and usage data to improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How We Use Your Data

Your production data is used solely to provide the Vectrik platform services you've subscribed to. Account data is used for authentication, billing, and support communications. Usage analytics help us improve platform performance and features.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest. Each tenant's data is fully isolated — no other customer can access your production information. We follow industry security best practices and perform regular security reviews.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Upon account closure, you can export all data before it is permanently deleted. Backups are retained for 30 days.

ITAR & Export Control

Enterprise customers with ITAR requirements receive dedicated infrastructure hosted entirely within the United States, with access restricted to U.S. persons only. Contact us for details on our ITAR-compliant deployment option.

Cookies & Tracking

Vectrik uses session cookies solely for authentication and maintaining your login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. No analytics data is shared with advertising networks.

Third-Party Services

Vectrik is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure with data centers in the United States. All connections are secured with SSL/TLS encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Third-party sub-processors are limited to essential infrastructure services and are bound by data processing agreements.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a portable export of your data in standard formats. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@vectrik.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Policy Changes

We will provide at least 30 days notice before making material changes to this privacy policy. Notice will be sent via email to the account owner and displayed as a banner within the platform. Continued use of Vectrik after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
